Usually, we accept T/T as below: 30% advance deposit before production, and the 70% Balance should be paid before shipment. But we also accept L/C at sight.

Ship as per your request by air or by sea. By air, it can be DHL/UPS/FedEx/TNT. By sea, it can be FCL/LCL. Our main modes of transportation are air and ocean, the shipping time will be 3-7 days for air or 25-35 days for ocean.

Firstly, Our products are produced in a strict quality control system and the defective rate will be less than 1%. Secondly, during the guarantee period, we will send new lights with new orders for small quantities. For defective batch products, we will repair them and resend them to you or we can discuss the solution including re-call according to the real situation.

What's the warranty under normal use during the warranty period any defects happen, kindly please send us the pictures or videos, so that our engineers can analyze what happened. If it is confirmed that it is a product quality issue, customers can be compensated accordingly. And we will identify the problem and prevent it happening again in future orders.
